Wayne J. Zielke, President

Succeeding his father, Wayne J. Zielke became president of Industrial Mechanical Contractors, Inc. in 1998.  He joined the company In 1978.  Wayne studied servicing and installing HVAC systems in the Steamfitters Local #420 Apprenticeship course.  After several years working in the field, Wayne was promoted to dispatcher and then to estimator. As president, Wayne sets strategic planning and goals for the company. He provides the necessary leadership to plan, organize, and direct the business operation to accomplish growth and profit objectives. 

Wayne is married with three children. He enjoys his home at the shore and is an avid golfer.

David Lindenmuth, Operation Manager

Dave Lindenmuth joined the Industrial Mechanical Contractors, Inc. team in 1980. He is an industry professional with 34 years’ experience, including: apprentice training, journeyman technician, field supervisor, and service/operations manager. In addition, Dave has taken many post-secondary courses in commercial construction, mechanical estimating, and project management.  Education along with acquired skills, has anchored Dave's total commitment to customer philosophy. Aside from the day to day operations, Dave's responsibilities include: implementing and enforcing safety procedures through company compliance requirements; training technicians; supervising special installations; and designing modifications to meet specific project demands. Dave's constant goals are to keep current on industry standards, create business opportunities and maintain customer objectives.

Wayne Zielke, Jr., Account Executive

At Industrial Mechanical Wayne Zielke Jr.'s primary focus is to continually grow sales volume by adding new customers to our base.  Wayne is responsible for quote development and the formal bid process for new business opportunities.  Once a customer is part of the roster, he ensures a smooth transition to an Industrial Mechanical project manager.

Michael Zielke, Dispatcher

Whether at a customer's place of business or on a construction site, Michael Zielke is responsible for the planning, scheduling and coordinating of all company technicians/mechanics. Michael takes pride in giving customers the attention they deserve.

Mary Eckert, Accounting

Mary Eckert started working at Industrial Mechanical Contractors, Inc. in 2004.  Mary's focus is customer service/account management. Her responsibilities include: performing basic bookkeeping; coordinating corporate communications; maintaining office and administrative support; and performing accounting system functions. Mary devotes time and diligence to each customer account; consistent, professional communication to the customer is her highest priority.  She is always available to assist customers with questions, concerns, emergency service calls, and company inquiries.
