Industrial Mechanical has a written safety policy developed with employees, management, and loss prevention professionals to ensure a safe and productive work environment. The program includes a written safety manual, monthly meetings, and site-specific safety plans developed as necessary to address certain tasks (lock out, confined space, fall protections plans, and crane lifts.) Our Safety policy has been developed to assure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations with particular emphasis on OSHA and EPA requirements that apply to our operations. Safety does not occur by chance; it is the result of direct careful attention to all company operations by those who are directly and indirectly involved. Employees at every level work diligently to execute the company’s policy of maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
